grateful for the stay
helpful staff fresh pastries lovely breakfast
I found the staff to be very helpful upon my arrival. they showed me to my room ensuring i was comfortable, which i appreciated. the breakfast was also lovely. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries.

The staff was cute and helpful. I received a ground floor room as requested. It was lovely! The location was convenient for my travel needs. The onsite restaurant provided great meals with an excellent breakfast selection.

a heavenly stay
attentive staff plentiful choice big room
the staff was amazingly attentive, their smiles so bright. the breakfast presented a plentiful choice, a real feast i found. i also discovered the courtyard room so big and beautiful, it was like a DREAM.
the tv signal in the room proved quite poor, alas. this made it harder to enjoy a quiet evening in.

faulty plug microwaved food
i found the tv signal was unreliable i could not watch some channels properly. the bathroom sink plug was faulty this made it difficult to drain the sink. also dinner was not satisfactory it tasted like microwaved food. i had expected more considering the price.

the staff was really cute and friendly. the atmosphere felt relaxed.
the room felt a bit small. i could hear the people next door talking. there weren't many tv channels to choose from and i couldn't stream from my phone.

An Acceptable Stay
spacious room helpful staff pet charge thin walls
The room I got was spacious. It was very clean. Staff was helpful and it seemed nothing was too much trouble. There was a good choice for breakfast.
on arrival I did pay a fee for having a dog. The windows are thin, and the walls also seems thin. I could hear every word from the people in the next room.
